易班网络思想政治教育队伍建设研究——以海南大学为例

作为一个新型的多媒体平台,易班不仅能够为师生日常工作生活提供便利,有助于跟踪学生动态,更为创新网络思想政治教育提供了新阵地。易班处于全面推广建设阶段,其网络思想政治教育队伍建设亟待完善,本文通过分析当前易班网络思想政治教育队伍建设中存在的认识误区、专业化水平不高、主动性不足、体制机制有待完善等四点问题,提出加强对易班发展中心技术支持、加强对易班的队伍培训与培养、发挥教师与学生的互助优势、建立健全易班队伍考核激励机制四条对策。

As a multimedia platform,E-class not only provides convenience for students and teachers' daily work and life making it easier to tracking dynamic data of students,but also provides an innovating way to improve network ideological and political education.With the promotion of E-class in China,it's impending to build an professional network ideological and political education team to maximize the value of E-class.This paper analyzes four problems existing in the E-class team building,including misunderstanding of E-class,low-level specialization,lack of initiative,and the difficulties caused by imperfect system and mechanism.There are four countermeasures summed up in this paper,which are to strengthen the material and technical support for E-class,increase professional team training,promote the interaction between teachers and students,and to establish the assessment and incentive mechanism of E-class team.
