试论基于依法治校视野下的高校学生管理工作

目前国家讲究的是法治,所以现在都在提倡依法治国,其意思是根据人民意志与社会发展规律治理国家,而依法治校相应的指学校需要按照当前教育形势依照法律规范开展平时的管理活动。依法治校可以推动发展素质教育,而且高校在把不同的法治理论融进教育时,可以促进提升学校教学的发展水平,给高校的教学活动带来新的生机。对此,本文即讨论如何在依法治校的视野下管理高校学生,希望给相关领域与部门带来一定的借鉴价值。

At present the country pay attention to the rule of law,so now are advocating the rule of law,which means according to the will of the people and the law of social development to govern the country,and the corresponding school according to the law means that schools need to carry out normal management activities in accordance with the current educational situation according to the law.Running schools by law can promote the development of quality-oriented education,and when colleges and universities integrate different theories of rule of law into education,they can promote the development level of school teaching and bring new vitality to the teaching activities of colleges and universities.In this regard,this paper discusses how to manage college students from the perspective of governing the school by law,hoping to bring some reference value to relevant fields and departments.
