摘要
教学质量保障与监控体系是提高教学质量的重要保障。作为相对独立的教学单位,二级学院构建一套科学、合理、全面的教学质量保障与监控体系进行教学质量的自我监控与调节十分必要。本文分析了二级学院教学质量保障与监控体系中存在的问题,借鉴PDCA循环管理方法,构建了制定标准-明确组织-实施监控-评估改进为循环单位的螺旋式上升模式,以提高教学质量和人才培养质量。
Teaching quality assurance and monitoring system is important for improving teaching quality.As a relatively independent teaching unit,it is necessary for secondary colleges to construct a set of scientific,reasonable and comprehensive teaching quality assurance and monitoring system for self-monitoring and regulation of teaching quality.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching quality assurance and monitoring system of the secondary college,and constructs the spiral rising mode of making standards,defining organization,implementing monitoring,evaluating and improving by referring PDCA circulation management method,so as to improve the teaching quality and personnel training quality.
