基于健康美教育理念下的不良体态研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨瑜伽练习对女大学生身体形象的塑造和影响,并比较瑜伽结合健康形体训练与传统瑜伽练习对其身体形象的改善效果。方法:将瑜伽班120名同学随机均分两组:原始组和干预组。原始组采用传统瑜伽拜日十二式进行训练,干预组是将传统瑜伽练习与健康形体训练相组合,进行为期16周的训练后分别对两组人员进行训练前后多维自我体像调查问卷(MBSRQ)调查和PostureScreen软件进行直立姿势评估比较。结果:16周后,两组被试者在相貌倾向、舒适评估、舒适倾向、身体满意度和体重5个维度评分均明显高于16周前(P<0.05)且干预组被试者在相貌倾向、舒适评估和身体满意度3个维度评分均明显高于原始组(P<0.05);16周后,两组被试者冠状面倾斜度、矢状面倾斜度和腰臀比均明显低于16周前(P<0.05),身体质量指数(BMI)无明显变化(P>0.05);干预组被试者矢状面倾斜度和腰臀比明显低于原始组(P<0.05)。结论:瑜伽练习融入个性化的健康形体训练可以有效提高女大学生对身体形象和体型满意度,对其身体良好姿势具有正向维持和纠正,使身体处于健康体态,达到塑形和形体美状态。 Objective:In this study,we aimed to investigate the effects of yoga on the body image of femalecollege students,and compares the influence of traditional yoga on the body image with yoga combined with healthy posture training.Methods:120 students in the yoga class were randomly divided into two groups:the?original?group and the intervention group.The?original?group adopted the single yoga practice mode,while the intervention group applied the single yoga combined the healthy posture training.Over a 16-week period,the subjects received the Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire(MBSRQ)at the 0 week and 16 week.Body image was evaluated using the PostureScreen.Result:The MBSRQ self-image scores of the two groups were significantly increased in five dimensions after 16 weeks,including appearance orientation,fitness evaluation,fitness orientation,body-areas satisfaction and weight(P<0.05).The scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than that in the?original?group in three dimensions,including appearance orientation,fitness evaluation and body-areas satisfaction(P<0.05);The posture evaluation shown that coronal plane inclination,sagittal plane inclination and the waist to hip ratio(WHR)of subjects were significantly decreased after 16 week(P<0.05).The Body Mass Index(BMI)have not evident improvement(P>0.05).The sagittal plane inclination and WHR of subjects in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the?original?group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yogasignificantly?improved the satisfaction of the body image and weight in female college students when combined with healthy posture training,which can effectively correct the poor posture of the body and maintain the favorable posture,reaching health and beauty.
