基于精品资源共享课程平台及形评考核模式等,提高“5+3”一体化临床医学班级“医学细胞生物学”教学质量体会

摘要 医学细胞生物学是以医学的角度,从细胞水平、显微水平、亚显微水平研究细胞形态、功能的学科.作为所有医学生们认识细胞和生物机体的基础学科其在医学生们日后临床和科研工作中起着相当重要的作用。"5+3"一体化临床医学生作为将来我国医疗系统主干力量更应该从最微观的细胞水平去熟悉并理解掌握疾病发生的机制,夯实医学基础,为以后的临床专业课程打好坚硬的基础,这也更是为中国未来的医疗卫生事业储备基础扎实的医务人员。但目前的医学细胞生物学教学仍存在一些问题,为了提高教学质量,培养出更出色、更优秀的医学人才,本文主要立足于培养"5+3"一体化临床医学生的自主学习能力和创新能力,分别探讨在医学细胞生物学教学中的改进意见。 Medical cell biology is a subject that studies cell morphology and function from the perspective of medicine at the cellular,microscopic and submicroscopic levels."5+3"integration of clinical medical students as our health care system in the future backbone strength should be from the micro cellular level to more familiar with and understand grasp the disease mechanism,strengthen basic medical,clinical professional course for the future lay a solid foundation,this also is the reserves for the future of China’s medical and health cause based on solid medical personnel.However,there are still some problems in the teaching of medical cell biology at present.In order to improve the teaching quality and cultivate more outstanding and excellent medical talents,this paper mainly focuses on cultivating the independent learning ability and innovation ability of"5+3"integrated clinical medical students,and discusses the improvement suggestions in the teaching of medical cell biology.
