新时代普通高校院系“三全育人”体系构建研究与实践

揭示了"三全育人"体系的基本架构,即"三有"体系。全员育人有凝聚,全方位育人有重点,全过程育人有突破。我们要实施全员育人,但这个全员必须有合力,有凝聚力,有形成此况的机制;我们要全方位育人,但必须有重点,重点是课堂;我们要实施全过程育人,但必须有突破,突破就是协同育人,校企融合,在强化教师实践能力的基础上,引导学生在解决实际问题上求得突破。同时,详细论述了"三有"架构的具体内涵以及实施办法。并指出了"三全育人"是实现"四个回归"最有效的路径,是实现学生成人、成才的最有效路径。

It reveals the structure of the system of‘Integrity Education’.There are three factors.The whole staff of education has cohesion.All-roundeducation has key points.The whole process of education has breakthroughs.The whole staff education must powerful,and have amechanism.The focus of all-round education is the classroom.The breakthrough of the whole process of education is the integration ofschools and enterprises.On the basis of strengthening teachers’practical ability,guide students in solving problems.At the same time,this paper studies meanings and methods of‘Integrity Education’,andpoints out this kinds of education is the most effective way to realize thedevelopment of students.
