高校德育视域下大学生志愿服务工作创新研究

伴随教学改革进度的不断推进,我国现阶段教育的目标逐渐转变为在对学生的相关知识储备进行拓展的同时,对学生的综合素养进行培训。大学作为对学生进行道德教育的重要阶段,如何提升学生的综合素养是大学教育学者所需解决的问题之一,而通过志愿服务工作,可以对学生的社会责任心和自主意识等进行培养,是对大学生进行德育教育的关键路径。文章就如何在德育视域下对大学生志愿服务工作进行创新提出了自己的思考。

with the progress of teaching reform,the goal of education in our country at the present stage is gradually transformed into the development of students’ relevant knowledge reserve and the training of students’ comprehensive quality.As an important stage of moral education for college students,how to improve students’ comprehensive quality is one of the problems that college education scholars need to solve.Through voluntary service,students’ social responsibility and sense of autonomy can be cultivated,which is the key path of moral education for college students.This paper puts forward its own thoughts on how to innovate the volunteer service work of college students from the perspective of moral education.
