摘要
目前,大部分高校开始重视起对学生的就业指导和服务工作,但由于我国在这方面起步较晚,很多高校苦于没有或不知道怎么建设专业的师资队伍。为了得到较为可行的建设性意见,本文以河北省各高校为例,开展了广泛的调查研究,了解了目前河北省高校在就业指导和服务师资队伍建设方面存在的问题与不足,并深刻剖析原因,进而给出操作性较强的措施和方法,为高校进一步提高就业指导和服务师资队伍的专职化水平提供思路。
At present,most colleges and universities began to pay attention to the employment guidance and service work for students,but because China started late in this respect,many colleges and universities are suffering from no or do not know how to build professional teachers.In order to get more feasible constructive Suggestions for universities and colleges in hebei province as an example,this paper has carried out extensive investigation and study,understand the present colleges and universities in hebei province in the aspect of employment guidance and services to the construction of teachers team problems and deficiencies,and deeply analyze the reasons,and gives the operational stronger measures and methods,to further improve the employment guidance and services for colleges and universities of teachers professional level.
