公路建养装备复合创新型人才培养体系研究

为满足国家交通强国战略需要,培养公路建养装备行业急需的复合创新型人才,提出校企合作知识、能力、素质三位一体的复合型创新人才培养模式。以学校为中心培养学生交通建设与装备、公路机械化施工、养护与管理方面的基础知识和素质。以企业为中心培养学生的实验实践创新能力、现场实操能力和实验数据处理能力,通过校企联合培养有机结合,培养学生解决公路养护现场复杂工程问题的能力。

In order to meet our country’s strategic demand to strengthen the country’s traffic,to cultivate compound and innovative talents urgently needed by the highway construction and maintenance equipment industry,a compound and innovative talent training model combining the knowledge,ability and quality of school-enterprise cooperation is proposed.Centering on the school to cultivate students’basic knowledge and quality in traffic construction and equipment,highway mechanized construction,maintenance and management.Taking the enterprise as the center to cultivate students‘experimental and practical innovation ability,field practical operating ability and experimental data processing ability,through the organic combination on school-enterprise co-culture,training students’ability to solve complex engineering problems on highway maintenance field.
