信息时代,高校英语教学环境发生了变化,对英语教师的身份认同造成一定影响。在英语教学中,教师对自身职业身份认同非常重要。有效认识英语教学环境的改变对英语教师身份认同的影响,可以帮助英语教师在新的英语教学环境中重构新身份,以适应信息时代下英语教学发展的新要求。本文重点阐述了信息时代高校英语专业教师身份认同的含义和英语教师身份的新特征,分析了信息时代高校英语专业教师身份认同危机的原因,并进一步深入探讨信息时代高校英语专业教师身份认同的发展策略,希望为英语教师教学水平的提高提供理论参考。
In the information age,the environment of College English teaching has changed,which has a certain impact on the identity of English teachers.In English teaching,teachers’ professional identity is very important.An effective understanding of the impact of the changes in the English teaching environment on the identity of English teachers can help English teachers reconstruct their new identity in the new English teaching environment,so as to meet the new requirements of the development of English Teaching in the information age.This paper focuses on the meaning of the identity of College English teachers in the information age and the new characteristics of the identity of English teachers,analyzes the causes of the identity crisis of College English teachers in the information age,and further explores the development strategies of the identity of College English teachers in the information age,hoping to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of English teachers’ teaching level.
