市场化进程中工科院校研究生诚信观

市场经济带来了社会巨大变迁,人们的生活和交往范围由传统"熟人社会"拓展为"陌生人社会",生活方式、风俗习惯、价值观念等随之变化。在此背景下,笔者以研究生学术诚信、学业诚信、生活诚信、就业诚信和思想诚信五个方面,力图展示出在市场化背景下工科院校研究生诚信观的真实图景。研究发现研究生依然遵循和恪守传统诚信理念,但随着市场经济影响,研究生诚信观表现为"遵循传统道德诚信"和争取自己利益间的矛盾。由于研究生诚信教育针对性弱,诚信文化建设相对滞后,研究生用"内方外圆"处理此矛盾,"内方"为遵循传统道德诚信,"外圆"为适应市场经济行为。

The market economy has brought about great changes in society.The scope of people’s lives and interactions has expanded from the traditional"acquaintance society"to a"stranger society",and lifestyles,customs and values have changed accordingly.In this context,the author tries to show the true picture of the concept of postgraduate integrity in engineering colleges in a market-oriented background with five aspects:academic integrity,academic integrity,life integrity,employment integrity,and ideological integrity.The research found that graduate students still follow and abide by the traditional concept of honesty,but with the influence of market economy,the outlook of graduate students’integrity is manifested as the contradiction between"following traditional moral integrity"and fighting for their own interests.Since the integrity education of graduate students is weak and the construction of integrity culture is relatively lagging behind,graduate students use the"inner side and outer circle"to deal with this contradiction.
