摘要
双导师制是政校企多元主体联合培养研究生的重要途径。本文以湖南地区的高校为例,在分析双导师制建设现状的基础上,剖析了双导师制建设存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了基于政校企联合培养研究生的双导师制的优化对策。
The double tutors system is an important way for the multi-element subjects of government schools and enterprises to jointly train graduate students.Taking colleges and universities in Hunan as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of double tutors system on the basis of analyzing the current situation of double tutors system construction,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures of double tutors system based on the joint training of government schools and enterprises.
