分段式模拟训练在创伤急救一体化基本技能培训中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究分段式模拟训练应用于创伤急救一体化基本技能培训中的方法与效果。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年8月期间创伤急救一体化基本技能培训学员80名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40名)与观察组(40名)。对照组进行常规培训,观察组进行分段式模拟训练。对比两组培训结束时的理论考核成绩与技能考核成绩。结果:观察组理论考核成绩与技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分段式模拟训练应用于创伤急救一体化基本技能培训中,有助于提高教学效果。 Objective:To explore the methods and effects of segmented simulation training in basic skills training for trauma first aid integration.Methods:80 trainees of basic skills in integrated trauma and first aid during August 2017-August 2019 were selected and divided into control group(40)and observation group(40)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine training,and the observation group received segmented simulated training.Compare the theoretical assessment results and skills assessment results at the end of the two groups of training.Results:The theoretical and skill assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of segmented simulation training in the basic skills training of trauma first aid is helpful to improve the teaching effect.
