生物类本科专业分子生物学实验教学改革的探索

生物是一门建立在实验基础之上的学科,尤其是分子生物学。对生物类本科专业分子生物学实验教学进行改革和创新,对于提升实验教学的效率和质量具有非常重要的意义。为此,本文首先结合生物类本科专业分子生物学的特点对课程体系和教学内容的优化进行了分析,接着对实验教学方法和成绩考核方式的改革方式进行了探讨,以期探索出一套完善的生物类本科专业分子生物实验教学体系,提高分子生物学实验的教学质量。

Biology is a subject based on experiments,especially molecular biology.It is of great significance to reform and innovate the experimental teaching of molecular biology for undergraduate majors of biology to improve the efficiency and quality of experimental teaching.For this reason,this paper first analyzes the optimization of the course system and the teaching content based on the characteristics of the molecular biology major of biology,and then discusses the reform methods of the experimental teaching methods and the performance assessment methods,in order to explore a set of perfect molecular biology experimental teaching system of biology major and improve the teaching quality of molecular biology experiment.
