协同育人视角下大学生就业指导课程模块化教学实践初探

大学生就业指导课作为服务与推动大学生就业工作的重要桥梁,在推进大学生就业中起着不可或缺的作用。本文,利用辅导员队伍专业化、专家化建设要求,结合学生就业实际需求,运用模块化思想对《就业指导》课程进行教学设计。将原本的"学科式"教学体系进行拆分,按照学生心理发展规律与就业实践需要,围绕大学生就业准备与职业生涯发展的重大主题,将教学资源重新整合为层层递进的若干教学模块,由某一位具有研究专长的辅导员负责一个模块。课内与课外相互补充,理论与实践相结合。让学生在逐项完成模块的学习过程中,获得就业的知识、提升就业技能,最终促使学生制定自己的职业发展目标和规划,实现自我发展。

As an important bridge to serve and promote college students’employment,college students’employment guidance course plays an indispensable role in promoting college students’employment.This paper,based on the requirements of professionalization and expertise-oriented construction of the counselor team,combined with the actual employment needs of students,and applied the modular idea to the teaching design of"employment guidance"course.Originally"subject type"teaching system to split,according to the students’psychological law of development and employment practice needs,preparation of the university students employment and career development of big themes,will be teaching resources integration for the progressive transformation of the teaching module,by a counselor with expertise in research is responsible for a module.In-class and extracurricular mutual supplement,theory and practice combined.In the process of completing modules one by one,students can acquire employment knowledge and improve employment skills,and finally make their own career development goals and plans to achieve self-development.
