基于英语授课的国际学生医学人才培养质量评价研究

随着医学教育国际化进一步的深入,建立合理规范的来华国际生医学人才培养质量评价体系是准确评估人才培养质量的关键因素。本文介绍了相关人才培养质量理论概述,分析了国际学生基于英语授课的医学人才培养现状,提出了建立国际学生医学人才培养质量体系的思路和方法,为来华国际学生医学人才培养提供参考及借鉴。

With the further deepening of the internationalization of medical education,the establishment of a reasonable and standardized evaluation system for the quality of international medical personnel training in China is the key factor to accurately evaluate the quality of personnel training.This paper introduces the quality theory of relevant personnel training,analyzes the current situation of medical personnel training for international students based on English teaching,and puts forward the ideas and methods of establishing the quality system of medical personnel training for international students,so as to provide reference and reference for the training of medical personnel for international students in China.
