摘要
在"全面从严治党"和"建设网络强国"的背景下,党建工作的领域进一步拓展,本文分析高校基层党组织网上思想文化阵地建设的作用效果和运行机制,探究高校网上思想文化阵地建设过程中出现的问题及产生的原因,进而提出了问题相应的对策和建议。
Under the background of"comprehensively strengthen Party discipline"and"building a cyber power",the scope of party building work was further expanded.This article analyzed the operational mechanism and effect of construction of online ideological and cultural positions of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,explored the problems emerged during the process of construction of online ideological and cultural positions and the cause,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
