新生教育课程:大学之道

新生入学头年是学生对高等教育的价值观和适应性判断逐渐形成的关键时期。在美国高校学生事务工作中,新生头年计划是为大一大二学生制定入学教育内容,以帮助他们实现这个转化。北京师范大学香港浸会大学联合国际学院(以下简称UIC)为新生在第一学期提供的一门课程(必修但不计算学分)的一门课乃是"大学之道",目的在于促进新生心理素质的优化及核心价值观的建立。课程重点是促进学生的个人成长,也包括知识、技能、创造性、沟通和团队合作等大学毕业生特质的认识和培养。

The first year of freshman admission is the key period for students to gradually form their judgment on the values and adaptability of higher education.In American college student affairs,the freshman’s first year plan is to develop admission education for freshmen and sophomores to help them achieve this transformation.The United International College of Hong Kong Baptist University of Beijing normal University(hereinafter referred to as UIC)is a course offered by freshmen in the first semester(compulsory but not credit).The purpose of this course is to promote the optimization of freshmen’s psychological quality and the establishment of core values.The focus of the course is to promote the personal growth of students,including knowledge and skills.The understanding and cultivation of college graduates,such as creativity,communication and teamwork.
