刑事诉讼实践教学方法改革初探

在当前的法学教学过程中,刑事诉讼法作为一门理论性和实用性都相对较强的法律学科,要求我们教师在日常的教学过程中,既要注重学生的理论教学,也要加强对学生的实践能力培养、既要使其具有分析问题和解决问题的能力,也要注重对其实践能力的培养和训练。在开展刑事诉讼法的教学过程中,教师可以根据不同的章节内容,来开展不同的教学方式;尤其是在信息技术不断发展的今天,教师要能够结合社会发展实际,进行一系列的教学方式的改革,从而促进刑事诉讼实践教学工作能够进一步发展和提升。

In the present law teaching process,criminal procedure law,as a relatively strong theoretical and practical legal discipline,requires teachers to lay emphasis on students’theoretical teaching and enhance the cultivation of their practical ability in the daily teaching,enabling them to analyze and solve problems.Teachers should also pay attention to the cultivation and training of the students’practical ability and launch different teaching methods in accordance with different chapters and contents while carrying out criminal procedure law teaching.Especially today,with its continuous development of information technology,teachers should be able to combine the reality of social development and carry out a series of teaching reform,so as to promote the further development and improvement of practical teaching of criminal procedures.
