高校二级学院心理健康教育模式新探——以江南大学“心语心悦”工作室为例

随着社会的发展,心理健康教育思想的普及,高校心理健康教育需求不断扩大,然而受师资规模等条件限制,心理健康教育中心工作压力剧增。充分发挥二级学院前沿主阵地作用,可以促进心理健康教育更具有普及性与深入性。本文以"心语心悦"辅导员心理工作室为例,从工作理论基础、工作着力点、工作路径等方面入手,探索二级学院心理健康教育新模式。

With the development of society and the popularization of mental health education,the demand for mental health education in Colleges and universities has been expanding.However,due to the limitation of the size of teachers and other conditions,the work pressure of mental health education center has increased sharply.To give full play to the leading position of secondary colleges can promote the popularization and deepening of mental health education.Taking the psychological studio of"Xinyu Xinyue"counselor as an example,this paper explores a new mode of mental health education in secondary colleges from the aspects of working theoretical basis,working focus and working path.
