国外高校机构知识库知识产权管理政策比较分析

成功地建立并运行一个机构知识库离不开一套健全的管理政策,而知识产权政策又是影响多个方面的核心因素,本文通过调查国外几所著名大学机构知识库知识产权管理政策的典型案例,对比其各自政策、做法的优缺点,力图总结出较成熟的经验和方法,以对我国机构知识库的发展起到借鉴作用。

Successful establishment and operation of an institutional repository can not be separated from a set of perfect management policy,and intellectual property policy is the core factor affecting many aspects.By investigating the typical cases of intellectual property management policies of several famous foreign university institutions,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of their respective policies and practices,and tries to summarize more mature experience and methods,so as to China.The development of institutional knowledge base can be used for reference.
