高校教师党支部组织职能的实现

高校教师党支部具有政治引领、立德树人、推动发展、服务师生的重要职能,承担着贯彻落实党的教育方针政策、落实立德树人根本任务、保证教学科研管理发展目标的重点任务。从部分高校党委巡视整改情况的通报可知,高校教师党支部普遍存在政治站位不够高、党员身份意识淡薄、推进全面从严治党不够深入、教师党支部书记能力不够强、工作对象研究不足、党建与业务融合不够紧密等情况。通过科学设置党支部、推进"双带头人"培育工程、探索党支部与业务融合途径、提升高校教师党支部服务能力,构建高校教师党支部组织职能的科学保障机制,对于充分发挥教师党支部的战斗堡垒和先锋示范作用具有重要的现实意义。
