新时代高校青年教师师德建设研究

如何衡量一个青年教师的职业道德和素养,那么师德正是其主要代表,要培养学生的综合素质就离不开良好的师德建设,对学生也能起到积极示范作用,影响他们的人生观及价值观,尤其是青年高校教师,各高校必须引起重视。本文从三个方面论述了高校青年教师目前的师德现状,然后提出构建完善的规章和制度体系、在青年教师培训体系上不断完善、健全高校青年教师的荣誉体系及保障高校青年教师的合法权益这四个维度,指明了如何加强高校青年教师师德建设,目的就是增强青年教师的职业素养,为我国的高等教育事业发展形成良性循环。

How to measure a young teacher’s professional ethics and accomplishment,then the teacher’s ethics is its main representative.To cultivate the comprehensive quality of students,we can not do without the construction of good teacher’s ethics,which can also play a positive role in demonstrating the students’outlook on life and values,especially young college teachers,which must be aroused by colleges and universities.Pay attention to it.This paper discusses the present situation of young teachers’morality in Colleges and universities from three aspects,and then puts forward four dimensions:building a perfect system of rules and regulations,constantly improving the training system of young teachers,perfecting the honor system of young teachers in Colleges and universities,and guaranteeing the legitimate rights and interests of young teachers in Colleges and universities,and points out how to strengthen young teachers in Colleges and universities.The purpose of the construction of teachers’ethics in 2000 is to enhance the professional accomplishment of young teachers and form a virtuous circle for the development of higher education in China.
