新时代思想政治理论课教师的综合素质探析

思想政治教育者在思想政治教育中居主体地位,是思想政治教育活动的发动者、组织者和实施者。习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调:"办好思想政治理论课关键在教师",并对思想政治理论课教师提出了六项综合素质要求。由此,本文对新时代思想政治理论课教师的综合素质进行了初步探析。

Ideological and political educators play a dominant role in ideological and political education,and are the initiator,organizer and implementers of ideological and political education activities.General secretary xi jinping stressed on the symposium of teachers of ideological and political theory course that "the key to running a good ideological and political theory course lies in teachers",and proposed six comprehensive quality requirements for teachers of ideological and political theory course.Therefore,this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the comprehensive quality of teachers of ideological and political theory course in the new era.
