摘要
人才培养方案是以教学课程体系为载体的学生培养规则和培养目标的总体设计,也是高校人才培养的主要依据。工程教育认证背景下的人才培养,必须适应社会的发展需求,增强全体学生的综合素质。本文通过对自动化专业人才培养方案的构建思想、培养目标、培养特点和课程体系等方面进行研究,进而制定出科学并适合专业发展的人才培养方案。
Talent cultivation scheme is the overall design of student training rules and training objectives based on the curriculum system and the main base of the talent cultivation in high schools.The talent cultivation based on EET(engineering education certification)must adapt to the needs of the social development and enhance the comprehensive quality of all students.In this paper,based on studied the build idea,cultivation objectives,cultivation characters,curriculum system of automation,the talent cultivation scheme which scientific and suitable for professional development is development.
