《小组工作》多维互动师生共创高效课堂实践教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 《小组工作》是社会工作的基础课与必修课,是社会工作三大方法之一,是一门特别强调实践环节,实践应用的实务技能课,教学中应特别注重让学生将教材知识转化为实务能力,同时这也是每位教师应关注和值得研究的方面。本文从小组工作的实践教学研究视角出发,以小组工作多维互动,师生共创课堂的实施原则、实施策略、实施效能三个维度加以论述,提出该教学方式应遵循考虑小组特点、创建民主氛围、把握共同共时性原则和高度注重保密性原则,阐述了启发引导式教学策略、综合发展式教学策略、小组任务式教学策略和互动共创教学策略的应用,从而使学生在学习中增进情感的联结、促进自我的探索、增强知识的领悟、提升技能的运用。 Group Work is a basic and compulsory course of social work,one of the three major methods of social work,a practical skill course with special emphasis on practice and application.In teaching,special attention should be paid to students’ability to translate textbook knowledge into practical ability.At the same time,every teacher should pay attention to and be worth studying.Aspects.From the perspective of practical teaching research of group work,this paper discusses the three dimensions of multi-dimensional interaction of group work,implementation principles,implementation strategies and implementation effectiveness of classroom co-creation between teachers and students.It points out that the teaching method should follow the principles of considering group characteristics,creating a democratic atmosphere,grasping the principle of common synchronicity and attaching great importance to confidentiality.The application of heuristic-guided teaching strategy,comprehensive development teaching strategy,group task-based teaching strategy and interactive co-creation teaching strategy is elaborated,so that students can enhance emotional connection,promote self-exploration,enhance knowledge understanding and enhance the use of skills in learning.
