伦理视角下高校人力资源绩效考核机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 在高校的发展过程中,人力资源管理是一个十分重要的存在,它能够确保高校工作的合理性,确保资源的合理分配。从而确保高校能够稳定的进行发展。因此在伦理视角之下,高校十分注重人力资源绩效考核机制的研究,能够有效的促进人力资源管理在高校发展的合理运行,提高人力资源管理部门的工作效率。本文主要针对高校管理中最普遍最常见的人力资源绩效考核的机制进行研究和分析,阐述伦理视角下高校实行有效的人力资源绩效考核机制的重要意义和存在的问题,并提出几点有效的改进措施,以期对高校的发展提供一定的帮助。 In the development of colleges and universities,human resource management is a very important existence,it can ensure the rationality of college work,ensure the reasonable allocation of resources.So as to ensure the stable development of colleges and universities.Therefore,from the perspective of ethics,colleges and universities attach great importance to the study of human resource performance appraisal mechanism,which can effectively promote the rational operation of human resource management in the development of colleges and universities,and improve the work efficiency of human resource management departments.In this paper,the most common one of the most common in the management of colleges and universities in order to study and analyze the mechanism of human resource performance appraisal,the ethical perspective of colleges and universities of the importance of effective human resources performance evaluation mechanism and the existing problems,and puts forward some effective improvement measures,in order to offer some help to the development of colleges and universities.
