旅游新业态中的人才培养探析

目前,我国旅游业进入了转型升级的调整期,旅游新业态的发展需要大量新型人才,故人才培养模式也应做相应调整,指出当前存在的问题并提出相应的对策,是我国旅游新业态发展的迫切需求。

At present,China’s tourism industry has entered a period of adjustment for transformation and upgrading,and the development of new forms of tourism requires a large number of new talents.Therefore,the mode of personnel training should also be adjusted accordingly,pointing out the existing problems and putting forward corresponding countermeasures.It is an urgent need for the development of new forms of tourism in China.
