摘要
在最近的这些年,我国研究生报考人数以及各个高校的招生人数都有较大幅度地增长。随着我国研究生数量的不断增加,这为研究生教育管理带来了诸多挑战,对此,在本文中首先对高校研究生的教育管理现状进行分析,找出其中存在的诸多问题,并针对性地提出提高研究生教育管理的策略,进而大大提高我国高校对研究生教育管理的水平,为社会培养更多高水平人才,期望能够为读者提供一些借鉴和参考。
In recent years,the number of graduate students registered for admission and the number of students enrolled in various universities have increased substantially.Along with the rising number of graduate students,which brought many challenges for the graduate student education management,to this,in this article,first of all,the education of graduate students in colleges and universities management present situation analysis,find out the problems that exist,and puts forward to improve the graduate student education management strategy,which greatly improve the level of management of graduate education in colleges and universities,training more high-level talents for the society,the hope can provide some reference for the reader.
