论中国工业化模式选择的二元性特征——基于技术与制度互动的视角

The Dual Choosing of China’s Industrialization Mode

中国工业化模式选择二元性,是指近代以来中国在商品经济不发达和资本土地要素双重稀缺的历史条件下,由于非耦合性的技术与制度互动关系,导致工业化进程中出现在内向型地租积累工业化模式和外向型利润积累工业化模式之间反复转向的经济现象。本文通过考察中国近现代工业化进程,对中国工业化模式选择二元性的存在进行验证。通过对中国工业化模式选择二元性历史演变趋势的分析,笔者认为中国工业化模式选择二元性必将随着工业化进程的推进和社会主义市场经济体制的完善而走向消亡,新型工业化道路下必须重构技术与制度的互动关系。

The duality of China’s industrialization path choosing is an economic phenomenon,which illustrates the repeatedly steering between the introverted rent accumulating industrialization and export-oriented profit accumulating industrialization in the history of China’s industrialization,caused by the uncoupling interaction between technology and institution under the historical conditions such as the undeveloped market and also the scarcity of capital and land.By investigating the process of China’s industrialization,authors have verified the existence of the dual choosing of China’s industrialization mode.Furthermore,authors also predict that the dual choosing of China’s industrialization mode will finally diminish due to the success of China’s industrialization and marketization.The interaction between technology and institution should be restructured in the road of China’s new-type industrialization.
