摘要
八路军发展时期,士兵群体因红军改编受到了极大的心理冲击。在猛烈扩兵后,新兵中也产生了严重的逃亡问题。又因战争环境日渐复杂残酷,士兵群体思想波动进一步加剧。为解决这些问题,八路军逐步探索建立了适合于抗战形势和部队现实需要的士兵政治教育体系,包括严密完备的组织领导和健全的教员队伍,阶级性和民族性相统一的教育内容,因人制宜、因地制宜的教育方式方法。通过课内理论学习,课外辅助教育,以及党组织在课内课外发挥保证作用,八路军有效克服了士兵逃亡问题,提升了部队的战斗力,并为部队培养了一大批基层干部。
During the development of the Eighth Route Army,the soldiers were greatly affected by the reorganization of the Red Army.After fierce troop expansion,there occurred a serious problem of desertion among new recruits.What's more,with the increasingly complex and cruel war environment,mind fluctuation and mood swings among soldiers became further intensified.In order to solve these problems,the Eighth Route Army gradually explored and created a political education system for soldiers.The system was suitable for the situation of the resistance war and the actual needs of the army,and it included strong organizational leadership and a robust teaching team,unified educational content with class and national characteristics,plus educational approaches tailored to different member groups and local conditions.Through in-class theoretical learning,extra-curricular auxiliary education,and the important role that the CPC organizations played in and out of class,the Eighth Route Army effectively solved the desertion problem,enhanced the combat effectiveness of the army,and fostered a large number of grass-roots leaders for the army.
