全国抗战时期国民党鲁苏战区与中共在山东敌后的合作与斗争——以国民党军第57军为中心

Relationship between KMT Lu-Su Theatre Command and CPC Eighth Route Army behind Enemy Lines in Shandong during National Resistance War——With Focus on KMT 57th Army

在国民党军第57军入鲁前,中国共产党即积极在该军中进行统战工作。1939年于学忠率鲁苏战区总部及主力第51、57军入鲁后,与山东八路军的关系经历了复杂变动过程。1940年9月,以第57军军长缪徵流“通敌”事件为导火索,第57军中的共产党人和倾向于共产党的爱国官兵联合第111师师长常恩多发动“九二二锄奸”,由此也拉开了国共双方围绕第57军的多重斗争的序幕。最终,该军第111师在师长常恩多、共产党员郭维城等领导下,于1942年8月发动事变,脱离鲁苏战区序列,投入八路军滨海抗日根据地,从而扭转了山东八路军在“三角斗争”中的不利地位,逐渐掌握了山东敌后的战略主动。

Before the 57th Army entered Shandong Province,the Communist Party of China actively carried out the united front work in the Kuomintang Army.Yu Xuezhong led the Lu-Su(Shangdong-Jiangsu)Theatre Command headquarters and the main 51th and 57th Armies into Shandong in 1939;and after that,its relationship with the Shandong Eighth Route Army experienced a complicated process of change.In September 1940,with the“aiding the enemy”incident as the trigger concerning the 57th Army commander Miu Zhengliu,the CPC members in the 57th Army and patriotic officers and soldiers inclined to the CPC jointly launched the“922 Anti-Espionage”together with Chang Enduo,the 111th Division commander.This served as the prelude to the multiple struggles between the KMT and the CPC around the 57th Army.Finally,under the leadership of Chang Enduo,the division commander and Guo Weicheng,a CPC member,the 111th division of the 57th Army launched an incident in August 1942,broke away from the Lu-Su Theater Command,and integrated into the Eighth Route Army resistance base area.The Shandong Eighth Route Army thus reversed the adverse position,and gradually took the strategic initiative behind the enemy lines in Shandong.
