蔡锷《军事计画》篡自蒋方震《军事常识》吗?——与吴仰湘先生商榷

Cai E’s Military Planning Copied from Jiang Fangzhens Military Basics?——Discussion with Mr.Wu Yangxiang

吴仰湘先生撰文认为,蔡锷的《军事计画》是刘达武篡自蒋方震的《军事常识》。但笔者经研究认为,该文立论的前提条件并不存在,而且该文还存在明显的先入为主和方法不够科学、论据不够扎实、论证不够严谨等问题,其结论当然不能成立。大量史料证明,蔡锷的《军事计画》是一部在蒋方震协助下完成的理论与实践相结合的军事著作,而蒋方震的《军事常识》则是其在《军事计画》基础上修改和扩充而成。历史研究必须坚持唯物史观,论从史出,以事实说话,力求实事求是,才能得出经得起历史检验的正确结论。

Mr.Wu Yangxiang wrote that Cai Es Military Planning was a copied version by Liu Dawu from Jiang Fangzhens Military Basics.However,the author of this thesis believes that the premise for Wus viewpoints does not exist.Whats more,there are several deficiencies in Wus arguments:obvious preconceptions,unscientific methods,and weak evidence and arguments,therefore,Wus conclusion does not hold.A large amount of historical evidence shows that Military Planning by Cai E is a military work combining theory and practice with the assistance of Jiang Fangzhen,while Jiangs Military Basics was modified from and expanded on the basis of Cais Military Planning.While conducting historical research,we must adhere to historical materialism,base our conclusions on historical data and seek truth from facts,so as to draw correct conclusions that can stand the test of history.
