闽浙赣苏区落实打通中央苏区战略述论

Strategy of Connecting Central Soviet Area with Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Revolutionary Base Area

1930年中共中央指示赣东北特委实施打通中央苏区战略。方志敏等共产党人着力从闽北和信河南两个方向推进,到1933年,在闽浙赣苏区红军和中央苏区红军的共同努力下初步实现了这一战略。中共苏区中央局划出闽浙赣苏区的信抚分区、闽北分区与中央苏区的建黎泰苏区组建闽赣省,国民党在1933年5月至9月间积极实施了对闽赣苏区和闽浙赣苏区的切割和“围剿”。赣东北打通中央苏区战略的最终失败,其原因一方面是中共在闽赣省建设的指导思想上存在失误,另一方面是国民党在闽赣苏区实施了“围剿”新战术的预演。

In 1930,the CPC Central Committee instructed the Special Committee of Northeast Jiangxi to implement the strategy of opening up the Central Soviet Area.Fang Zhimin and other CPC members made great efforts to push forward from northern Fujian and the south of Xinjiang River.In 1933,this strategy was realized with the joint efforts of the Red Army in Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Soviet area and the Red Army of the Central Soviet area.The CPC Soviet Area Central Bureau rezoned areas of Xinfu,northern Fujian and Jianli and Tai in the Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Soviet Area to form Min-Gan(Fujian-Jiangxi)Province.From May to September in 1933,the KMT intensified its efforts to separate,encircle and suppress the Min-Gan Soviet area and the Fujian-Zhejiang-Jiangxi Soviet area.The ultimate failure of the strategy of connecting Northeast Jiangxi with the Central Soviet Area should be attributed to CPC’s mistakes in the guiding ideology construction of Fujian and Jiangxi provinces,as well as to KMT’s adoption of new tactics of“encirclement and suppression”in the Min-Gan Soviet area.
