华东野战军宿北战役的指挥系统与制胜原因研究

Command System and Reasons for Victoryin Battle of Subei of East China Field Army

本文从《叶飞回忆录》有关宿北战役史实争议切入,考辨宿北战役期间华东野战军指挥机构及通信体制,揭示出当时山东野战军和华中野战军尚未融为一体,作战指挥不够顺畅,战中一些误会和错误往往因指挥层级的重叠而引发。而指挥层级的重叠,又与战地通信手段与技术的落后相关联。宿北战役所以能获致全胜,实赖战役之初陈毅、粟裕的高超谋划,故战中虽有波折,但先手未失。

This article examines the command and communication system of the East China Field Army in the Battle of Subei(Northern Suqian in Jiangsu),starting from the controversy about the historical facts of the battle in Suqian recounted in Memoirs of Ye Fei.It is revealed that misunderstandings and errors resulted from the overlapping command levels since the Shandong Field Army and the Central China Field Army were not well integrated at the time and the operational command was not running smoothly.The overlapping of command levels was also related to the backwardness of battlefield communication means and technology.The Battle of Subei was a complete victory,which actually owed to the superb planning of Chen Yi and Su Yu at the beginning of the battle.
