摘要 由于缺乏针对装配式建筑的绿色评价标准,而装配式建筑的“四节”优势是对其进行绿色评价的重要内容.因此本文以ASGB-2019《绿色建筑评价标准》中资源节约评分项指标为基础,对具体装配式建筑项目的资源节约性能进行分析并计算指标得分.结果进一步验证了装配式建筑具有节约资源的优势,且标准中对于资源节约的评价内容适用于装配式建筑的相关绿色评价. Due to the lack of green evaluation standards for prefabricated buildings,the“four sections”advantage of prefabricated buildings is an important content of green evaluation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the resource saving performance of specific prefabricated building projects and calculates the index score based on the resource saving score item in ASGB-2019 Green Building Evaluation Standard.Through the research,it is further verified that prefabricated buildings have the advantage of saving resources,and the evaluation content of resource saving in the standard is applicable to the related green evaluation of prefabricated buildings.
