Design of a Remote Anti-Cheating System for Fuel Dispensers

摘要 燃油加油机作弊问题一直困扰消费者、计量监管及税控部门,防止作弊的研究成果不少,但不法人员仍有新办法逃避监管。为了进一步解决燃油加油机计量作弊问题,提出了一种实时监控计量和累计数运行状态的远程防作弊系统的设计方法。在加油机电脑主板外挂一套独立运行的电脑脉冲计数装置,通过无线数据采集模块将加油机脉冲数、加油机税控器RS232通讯接口的加油量和累计量上传至服务器,保存在服务器的加油机脉冲当量参数定期与加油机主板数据比对,比对结果超限即自动锁机,实现了计量监管和税控部门远程实时监控所有数据和运行状态。实际应用表明,本系统投入成本低、可操作性强,能够从根本上对加油机的作弊行为进行监控,从而防止计量作弊。 Cheating problems in fuel dispensers have been a persistent issue for consumers,market supervision,and tax control departments.While many research results have been achieved in preventing cheating,illegal individuals still find new ways to cheat.To further address metering cheating in fuel dispensers,this paper proposes a design method for a remote anti-cheating system that can monitor real-time metering and cumulative operation status.An independently running computer pulse counting device is attached to the fuel dispenser computer motherboard.The wireless data acquisition module uploads the fuel dispenser pulse count,fuel volume,and cumulative volume from the fuel dispenser tax controller's RS232 communication interface to the server.The fuel dispenser pulse equivalent parameters stored on the server side are periodically compared with the fuel dispenser motherboard data.The fuel dispenser is automatically locked if the comparison result exceeds the limit.This system enables market supervision and tax control departments to monitor all data and operation status in real-time remotely.Practical application has shown that the system has low investment cost and strong operability,and can fundamentally monitor cheating behavior in fuel dispensers,preventing metering cheating.
