差点教育理念下目标管理课程在孤儿学生自我认知能力培养中的应用

摘要 孤儿学校的学生由于其早期的经历,可能会在成长过程中遇到人生方向不清晰,缺乏实现目标的科学方法等问题。差点教育作为一种崭新的教育理念,在孤儿学生自我认知的成长中具有重要作用,有助于学生寻找到人生方向,完善人际关系,让学生在学习、生活中更加规范化。在实施差点教育理念指导下的目标管理校本课程中,应注意以下问题:目标管理的培养要因人而异,目标管理的培养要注重过程,教师在培养学生目标管理过程中要投入,目标管理要校内外配合。 Due to the early experiences,some orphan students may lack direction in life and lack the scientific methods to achieve their goals.As a new educational concept,difference education plays an important role in the growth of orphan students'self-cognition,helping students find the direction of life,improving interpersonal relations,and making students more standardized in study and life.The following problems should be paid attention to in implementing the school-based curriculum of management by goal under the guidance of the concept of education for the poor:the training of management by goal should vary from person to person,the training of management by goal should pay attention to the process,the teacher should invest in the process of training students by management by goal,and the management by goal should cooperate with both inside and outside the school.
