青马导师作为“青马工程”中培养青马学员的重要角色,从政治引领、专业学习、生活成长等方面对青马学员开展全方位培养与指导,在人才培养和管理体系中起着至关重要的作用,其价值和意义愈加凸显。目前,高校青马导师还面临着培养过程流于形式、培养内容缺乏系统目标、评估体系不健全等问题,使得青马导师培养效果不尽理想。本文从青马导师在“青马工程”中的重要意义、青马导师在“青马工程”中面临的问题、青马导师在“青马工程”中的着力点、青马导师队伍建设的实施探索四个方面进行分析研究,旨在不断提升青马导师队伍建设,提高青马导师育人效果,为“青马工程”导师培养科学化、系统化建设提供参考。

As an important way to cultivate young Marxist students in"Young Marxist Project",young Marxist mentors provide comprehensive training and guidance to young Marxist students in terms of political guidance,professional learning,and life growth.They play a crucial role in talent cultivation and management systems,and their value and significance are becoming increasingly prominent.At present,young Marxist mentors in colleges and universities are still facing problems such as a superficial training process,a lack of systematic goals in training content,and an incomplete evaluation system,resulting in unsatisfactory training outcomes for young Marxist mentors.This article analyzes and studies the important significance of young Marxist mentors in Young Marxist Project,the problems existing in the training process of young Marxist mentors,the training path and focus of young Marxist mentors in young Marxist Project,and the implementation exploration of young Marxist mentor team construction.It continuously improves the construction of young Marxist mentor team,improves the educational effect of young Marxist mentors,and provides references for the scientific and systematic construction of young Marxist Project mentor training.
