An Analysis of High Quality Development Strategies for Vocational Education in the New Era

新时代职业教育的高质量发展对于国家、社会和个人发展都发挥着不可替代的作用。本文从高等职业教育发展现状出发,分析职业教育在高质量发展过程中存在的共性问题,从深化职业教育内涵、明确职业教育定位、激发校企合作动能、强化职业教育师资、完善职业教育体系五个方面入手,对问题进行针对性化解,以期以守正创新的方式促进高等职业教育高质量发展。

The high-quality development of vocational education in the new era plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the country,the society,and individuals.Starting from the current development status of higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the common problems that vocational education faces in the process of high-quality development.Starting from five aspects:deepening the connotation of vocational education,clarifying the positioning of vocational education,stimulating cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,strengthening vocational education teachers,and improving the vocational education system,targeted solutions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education in a way that adheres to integrity and innovation.
