英语教育专业教育实习指导优化路径研究

摘要 教育实习是师范专业教育教学的重要组成部分,其质量深受实习指导情况的影响。本研究采用问卷法和访谈法对英语教育专业教育实习指导情况进行调查。研究发现,英语专业(师范)的高校实习指导教师多采用“线上+线下”结合的方式进行指导,中学实习指导教师以“面对面”的形式进行指导;高校实习指导教师和中学实习指导教师分工不同,各有侧重;指导教师和实习生之间整体融洽,偶有摩擦。围绕英语专业(师范)教育实习指导中的不足,提出以下优化路径:构建高校英语专业(师范)教育实习共同体,加强高校实习指导教师和中学实习指导教师间的联系;建立实习指导教师评选制度,明确实习指导教师的工作内容;强化实习生反思性实践,实行“档案袋”评价方式。 As an important part of normal education,the quality of educational practice is deeply affected by the guidance of practice.In this study,questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate the teaching practice guidance of English major(normal)in normal colleges and universities.It is found that the practice instructors of English majors in colleges and universities mostly use the combination of"online+offline"to give guidance,and the practice instructors of middle schools give guidance in the form of"face to face".The division of labor between the college and middle school practice instructors is different,and each has its own emphasis.There was general harmony between the instructor and the intern,but occasional friction.This paper focuses on the deficiencies in the practice guidance of English major(normal)education,and puts forward the following optimization approaches:to build a community of college English major(normal)education practice,and strengthen the connection between college and middle school practice guidance teachers;to set up the selection system of the intern instructor,and clarify the work content of the intern instructor;to strengthen the reflective practice of interns and implement the evaluation method of"portfolio".
