With the rapid development of science and technology and the advent of the digital age,the field of education is experiencing unprecedented changes,and college physical education is also facing new opportunities and challenges for reform.Digital technology plays a positive role in improving the quality of physical education in colleges and universities to carry out physical education teaching,break through the limitations of time,space and educational resources in traditional physical education,create an immersive physical education teaching environment,stimulate students'interests in physical education.Based on this,this paper explores the innovation path of college physical education under the digital background.It analyzes the current situation of college physical education,and discusses the innovation path of college physical education under the digital background from multiple perspectives,aiming to provide references for relevant personnel.
