近二十年国外应急语言研究综述与启示

Summary and Enlightenment of Emergency Language Research Abroad over the Past Two Decades

目前,我国应急语言服务体系不够完善,应急语言研究与创新亟待加强。以科学计量学方法,分析2003—2023年间发表的国外相关论文,对该领域研究的总体趋势、跨学科性、研究热点领域进行梳理综述,可以勾画出国外该领域研究的宏观脉络。研究发现,国外相关研究跨学科性较强,多为实证类量化研究,十分注重评价指标构建和效果评估类研究,关注弱势群体的语言服务需求和权力,且社交媒体研究成为新媒体时代应急语言研究的新兴热点。对国外应急语言研究特点的总结,为进一步加强和深化我国应急语言研究和实践提供理论参考与启示。

At present,China's emergency language service system is not perfect,and the research and innovation of emergency language need to be strengthened.By scientometric method,this paper analyzes the relevant articles in this field published abroad between 2003 and 2023.The general trend,interdisciplinarity and hot research areas of this field are reviewed and summarized,which can outline the macroscopic context of foreign research in this field.It is found that relevant foreign studies are highly interdisciplinary,mostly empirical and quantitative studies,paying great attention to the construction of evaluation indicators and effect evaluation studies,and paying attention to the language service needs and rights of vulnerable groups.Moreover,social media research has become an emerging hot spot of emergency language research in the new media era.This paper summarizes the characteristics of foreign emergency language research and provides theoretical reference and inspiration for further strengthening and deepening the research and practice of emergency language in China.
