交往理性视域下高校师生关系的审视与构建

摘要 交往理性视域起源于德国哲学家哈贝马斯的交往行为理论,主张通过沟通、对话与合作来实现共识和理解,进而构建和谐的社会关系。在教育领域,交往理性视域强调师生关系的平等、尊重和合作原则,提倡开放、民主的教育环境。在这一视域下,我们将对高校师生关系进行深入的分析和探讨,以期为构建更加和谐、健康的高校师生关系提供理论指导和实践建议。本文主要从交往理性的视角探讨高校师生关系的现状、问题及优化措施。通过分析高校师生关系的内涵,从交往理性的角度提出构建和谐高校师生关系的策略与建议,旨在为相关人员提供参考。 The perspective of communicative rationality originates from the communicative behavior theory of Habermas,a German philosopher.It advocates achieving consensus and understanding through communication,dialogue and cooperation,so as to build harmonious social relations.In the field of education,the perspective of communicative rationality emphasizes the principle of equality,respect and cooperation between teachers and students,and advocates an open and democratic educational environment.In this perspective,we will conduct in-depth analysis and discussion on the relationship between college teachers and students,in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical suggestions for building a more harmonious and healthy relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities.This paper mainly discusses the current situation,problems and optimization measures of the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities from the perspective of communicative rationality,aiming at providing references for relevant personnel.
