摘要
微格教学是师范生学习教学技能的必备课程,目前微格教学实践存在忽视学习者个体差异、缺乏针对性指导、评价单一等问题,影响微格教学质量,阻碍学生个性发展。对此,可以将分层教学融入微格教学,构建对学生、教学技能分层并进行分层辅导与动态调整、教学技能强化提升、综合评价的分层微格教学模式。三轮微格教学实践及问卷调查结果显示,基于分层的微格教学可促进学生更好更快地掌握教学技能,满足不同层次学习者的需求,激发学习者的发展潜能,同时为新时代教师培训提供新途径。
Micro-teaching is a compulsory course for normal students to learn teaching skills.At present,there are some problems in micro-teaching practice,such as ignoring individual differences of learners,lack of targeted guidance,and single evaluation,which affect micro-teaching quality and hinder students'personality development.Based on this issue,this paper integrates stratified teaching into micro-teaching,builds stratification of students and teaching skills,and carries out the stratified micro-teaching mode of stratified tutoring and dynamic adjustment,strengthening and improving teaching skills,and comprehensive evaluation.Through three rounds of micro-teaching practice and questionnaire survey analysis,stratification-based micro-teaching can promote students to master teaching skills better and faster,meet the needs of learners at different levels,and enable each learner to reach their maximum developmental potential.At the same time,it provides a new way for teacher training in the new era.
