家校共育:促进青少年劳动教育合力发展

Home-school Co-education:Promoting the Joint Development of Youth Labor Education

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,对培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人发挥着重要作用。在劳动教育的落实过程中,学校教育、家庭教育都应共同发挥育人的积极导向作用。本文通过分析家校共育在青少年劳动教育中发挥的作用,总结当前家校共育下青少年劳动教育中存在的职责认知、实施形式及劳育体系的问题,积极探索在劳动教育中形成家校共育下的劳动教育合力的方法和策略,以促进家校共育,落实劳动教育。

Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and plays a significant role in cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors.In the process of implementing labor education,school education and family education should play a positive role in educating people.This paper analyzes the role of home-school co-education in youth labor education,summarizes the problems existing in youth labor education under the current home-school co-education,and actively explores the methods and strategies of forming the labor education resultant force under the background of home-school co-education in labor education,so as to promote the effect of labor education in home-school co-education.
