新时代高职院校劳动教育与创新创业教育协同育人路径探析

劳动教育与创新创业教育具有同源互通的教育目标、双向促进融通的教学内容,在高职教育中探索推动二者协同育人的可靠路径,既能为当代大学生树立正确的劳动价值观念、帮助大学生掌握新职业形式下的劳动技能,又能充分开拓学生的创业就业思路,培养高质量创新型劳动人才。高职院校应通过明确劳动教育与创新创业教育的协同教育目标,搭建多元化协同教育课程体系,优化协同育人教师资源配置质量等路径,全面促进高职学生创新发展。

Labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education have the homologous communication education goal,teaching content,characterized by the integration of bidirectional promotion to explore in the higher vocational education to promote the cooperative education of reliable paths,both is helpful for contemporary college students to set up the correct occupational values,to master the new form of labor skills,and to fully develop their entrepreneurial employment mentality,so as to cultivate high-quality and innovative labor talents.Higher vocational colleges should define the labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education target,set up the diversified collaborative education curriculum system,optimize the resource allocation quality of collaborative education teachers and other ways to comprehensively promote the innovative development of higher vocational students.
