多级刚度双质量飞轮扭转特性建模与试验验证 被引量:8

Modeling and tests for torsional characteristics of multi-stage stiffness dual mass flywheel torsional dampers

摘要 针对多级刚度双质量飞轮扭转特性建模和分段点平滑拟合展开了研究。首先,在分析多级刚度双质量飞轮工作原理基础上,建立了考虑分段刚度、阻尼非线性的双质量飞轮扭转特性数学模型,并通过台架试验验证模型准确性。其次,针对所建模型存在跳跃间断点以及仿真过程中可能出错的问题,采用反正切函数对模型进行平滑拟合,得到基于反正切拟合函数的双质量飞轮非线性模型。最后,对平滑拟合前、后模型进行对比分析,结果表明:采用反正切函数平滑拟合对模型精度影响较小,使模型分段点和临界点平滑过渡,提升了模型仿真稳定性。 The torsional characteristics modeling and piecewise point smooth fit of multi-stage stiffness Dual Mass Flywheel(DMF)are studied.Firstly,based on the analysis of the working principle of multistage stiffness DMF,a mathematical model of the torsional characteristics of the DMF with piecewise stiffness and damping nonlinearity is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified through bench test.Secondly,to solve the problems of jump discontinuities in the model,and the errors that may occur during the simulation process,the inverse tangent function is used to smoothly fit the model,and the nonlinear model of the DMF based on the arctangent fitting function is obtained.Finally,the models before and after smooth fitting are compared and analyzed.The results show that the smooth fitting of the arctangent function has little effect on the accuracy of the model,which can make the model piecewise point and the critical point smoothly transition,and improve the model simulation stability.
