突发事件驱动新企业创业即兴行为的组态研究

Configuration of Entrepreneurial Improvisation Driven by Emergency

对新企业而言,传统战略思维愈发无法适应突发事件频发的新生市场环境,一种超越刚性计划的组织行为——"创业即兴",已成为新企业在突发状况中化解生存危机、塑造瞬时优势的重要手段。创业即兴的发生是多种条件共同作用的结果。通过对30家科技型新企业进行模糊集的定性比较分析(fs QCA)发现:集体效能感是新企业创业即兴发生的必要条件;高创业即兴的实现组态分为三种,分别命名为成就型即兴、防御型即兴、发展型即兴;根据数据结果和典型案例分析,发现不同的即兴组态表现出了不同的双元性即兴特征。

For new ventures,traditional strategic thinking is increasingly unable to adapt to the new market environment with frequent emergencies.An organizational behavior that transcends rigid plans,"entrepreneurial improvisation",has become an important means for new companies to resolve survival crises and shape instantaneous advantages in emergencies.Entrepreneurial improvisation is the result of multiple conditions.With the qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets(fsQCA)for 30 new technological enterprises we have following findings:Collective efficiency is a necessary condition for entrepreneurial improvisation;The configuration of high entrepreneurial improvisation can be classified into three types,including achievement improvisation,defensive improvisation and development improvisation.Combining data results and typical case analysis,this paper finds that different improvisation configurations exhibit different duality characteristics.
