“人民”话语与国家认同——当代中国国家认同话语建构的政治学分析

“Renmin Discourse”and National Identity:The Political Analysis about the Discourse Construction of the Contemporary China’s National Identity

国家认同是现代国家建设的一项重要内容。政治话语是现代国家认同建构的一种有效媒介。对新中国建立以来中国共产党历次全国代表大会报告文本进行分析,可以发现:"人民"是当代中国国家认同建构的一个重要政治话语,在国家认同建构中起着至关重要的作用,体现了中国共产党"以人民为中心"的执政理念。"人民"认同国家,是因为党和政府治国理政始终坚持以人民为中心,"人民"在道德上被国家赋予了神圣性。在政治实践层面,"人民"的期待和需求得到了满足,生活水平得到了提高,"人民"的尊严、地位、身份、贡献得到了国家的承认。"人民"的未来生活将会变得更加美好。"人民"这一政治话语之所以能在当代中国国家认同建构中起到巨大作用,还在于"人民"这一政治话语有效地利用了党代会这一政治仪式空间的力量。

National identity is an important part of modern state construction.Political discourse is an effective media to construct modern national identity.After the analysis of the report of the National Congress of the Communist Party of China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it is found that"the people"(Renmin)is an important political term in the construction of national identity in contemporary China and plays important roles in the discourse construction of national identity.That"the people"identifies with the state is because the CCP and Chinese government always insist on the People-Centred Ideal.The state entrusts"the people"with sanctity.People’s expectations and needs have been practically met,living standards have been improved,dignity,status,identity and contribution have been recognized by the state,and life will be better in the future.Another reason lies in the fact that the political discourse of"the people"makes effective use of the power of the political rites of the Party Congress.
